Introduction

In Germany there are millions of people that suffer from panic attacks, anxiety and phobias. Although there is such a great number of people affected little is know about the occurrences. In general people who suffer from such experiences find even a correct diagnosis can take years. It is a real odyssey trying to find a cause for the problems, shuffled between doctors and different perceptions.

This page will allow people affected and non affected into the world of such illnesses. Those affected will see their symptoms more clearly and realize they are not alone. People unaffected will have a clearer understanding of diseases that are not as obvious but no less onerous.

Anyone interested in discussing panic attacks at any level please join my mailing list. My intent is to make the mailing list an active one, where individuals can discuss as a group or on an individual basis.
